  1. In a dry frying pan over low heat, roast ground almonds until golden, set aside to let cool. Combine milk, chives, garlic, sugar and mustard. Blend to a smooth consistency. Carry on blending (or whisking vigorously) while slowly adding the oil until a creamy sauce is formed. Add yogurt and almonds, mix well, season with salt.
