Apple – basil lassi

Method

  1. Combine apple, yogurt, mineral water, honey (if used) and lime zest, blend until smooth. Add shredded basil leaves and salt, blend again. Pass through a fine-meshed sieve. Serve chilled.

Variations

If spicy food is not a problem, a dash of tabasco sauce (or other hot chili sauce) works well in this lassi.
