Avocado - chocolate mousse
Serve with pear puree, a great combination.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
- spritz of lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 6 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
Method
- Blend avocado and lemon juice to a puree. Add vanilla paste, milk, cocoa powder and maple syrup, mix well, blend again to a smooth consistency. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
