Avocado - feta cheese puree
Ingredients
- ½ ripe avocado, prepared
- 1 garlic clove, very finely chopped
- 50 g feta cheese, crumbled
- spritz of lemon juice
- salt, white pepper to taste
Method
- In a bowl mix all ingredients and smash carefully with a fork. Pass mixture through a fine-meshed sieve to obtain a smooth puree, season to taste, serve immediately.
