Avocado - lettuce - grape puree
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana, peeled and chopped
- 1 large ripe avocado, peeled, cored and chopped
- 2 handful lettuce leaves, washed and chopped
- 150 g seedless white grapes
- 200 ml Greek yogurt
Method
- Blend all ingredients to a smooth consistency, pass puree through a fine-meshed sieve and serve immediately (puree does not last well).
Variations
If a thinner, liquid version is preferred, replace yogurt by buttermilk or dilute yogurt mixture with milk.
