Baked banana

Serve fresh from the pan, or mash after cooking, or make some more than needed and keep the surplus as a starting material for a baked-banana milkshake later on.

  1. In a non-stick pan, melt the butter. Add the banana slices and gently fry until golden brown and soft. Mix honey and water, add to the pan and cover banana slices with honey-water mix. Sprinkle with a little ground cinnamon and serve straight from the pan, or mashed.
