Banana - strawberry ice cream
Ingredients
- 120 g Greek yogurt
- 60 ml full milk
- 1 tbsp runny honey (optional)
- 200 g strawberries, prepared and chopped
- 1 large ripe banana, peeled and chopped
Method
- Combine all ingredients and blend to a smooth consistency, pass through a fine-meshed sieve. Pour mixture into a freezer-proof container with a lid, freeze for several hours or overnight. Remove from freezer to fridge about 30 minutes before serving.
Variations
Omit the freezing step and serve the blended mixture chilled or at room temperature.
