Beetroot – passion fruit jelly
Ingredients
- 350 ml passion fruit juice
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 150 ml beetroot juice
- 1 sachet powdered gelatin
Method
- Soak gelatin in a little cold water, set aside. Gently heat passion fruit juice and sugar until sugar has dissolved. Dissolve soaked gelatin by gently heating it, add to warm passion fruit juice while stirring. Add beetroot juice. Chill overnight to allow jelly to set.
