Blueberry – peanut butter smoothie
Ingredients
- 500 ml milk (or almond milk, if preferred)
- 1 ripe banana
- 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 2-3 tbsp oat meal (optional)
- 2 large handful blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Method
- Combine all ingredients, blend to a smooth consistency, pass through fine-meshed sieve. Adjust thickness as preferred, serve chilled (or add some ice cubes before serving).
