Campari orange sorbet
A refreshing frozen version of a popular apéritif – best served drizzled with a little extra Campari.
Ingredients
- 500 ml fresh smooth orange juice
- 120 g icing sugar
- 50 ml Campari
Method
- Dissolve icing sugar in orange juice, then stir in Campari. Pour into a flat freezer-proof container, cover and place in freezer. Whisk every 30 minutes or so until the whole mixture is frozen to a smooth consistency (may take a few hours). Remove from freezer to fridge ca 30 minutes before serving. Serve a portion in a small glass, drizzled with a little Campari.
