Chestnut yogurt
Ingredients
- 200 g chestnut puree
- finely grated zest of 1 (organic) orange
- 3 tbsp Grand Marnier liqueur (or milk or orange juice)
- 1 vanilla pod, scraped
- ca. 300 g Greek yogurt
- 100 ml lightly whipped cream
Method
- Mix all ingredients well, chill before serving.
