Cinnamon milk with prunes
Prunes are a great source of fibre.
Ingredients
- 500 ml whole milk
- 100 ml water
- 100 g soft prunes, chopped
- a good pinch of ground cinnamon
- 2-3 tbsp caster sugar, to taste
Method
- Gently heat all ingredients in saucepan, puree and strain (if necessary). Tastes best lukewarm.
