Cucumber lassi
Ingredients
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml soured cream
- handful of fresh dill (or, if preferred, fresh mint leaves), shredded
- 150 g cucumber, peeled, deseeded and chopped
- pinch of salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pass through a fine-meshed sieve. Serve chilled.
