Cucumber milkshake
Ingredients
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g cucumber, prepared (peeled, seeds removed, chopped)
- finely grated zest of ½ lemon
- 2 tbsp runny honey (if liked)
Method
- Mix and blend all ingredients (with or without honey) and pass through fine-meshed sieve. Serve chilled.
