Lamb’s lettuce lassi
Ingredients
- 80 g lamb’s lettuce, washed, prepared and drained
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- pinch of salt
- 150 ml sparkling mineral water, chilled
Method
- Combine lamb’s lettuce, yogurt, milk, honey and salt. Blend to a smooth consistency, pass through a fine-meshed sieve. Adjust thickness with sparkling mineral water, mix well. Serve right away.
Variations
Replace lamb’s lettuce by rocket.
