Mango - basil smoothie
Ingredients
- coconut water (to adjust thickness according to preference)
- ½ fresh mango, prepared and chopped
- ½ avocado, peeled and chopped
- ¼ small cucumber, peeled, de-seeded and chopped
- handful of basil leaves
Method
- Blend all ingredients with some coconut water until smooth, pass through fine-meshed sieve, adjust thickness as wanted, serve immediately.
