Mango buttermilk smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled, cored and chopped
- 300 ml buttermilk
- 200 ml white grape juice
- 2 tbsp lime juice (if liked)
Method
- Combine all ingredients, blend to a smooth consistency, pass through a fine-meshed sieve. Adjust thickness as preferred. Serve chilled.
