  1. Line a loaftin with clingfilm, set aside. In a bowl, whisk yolks and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add marmalade and Grand Marnier, whisk/mix well (this will typically break down chunks in marmalade to small pieces, if that is a concern). Add lemon juice, mix again. Fold in whipped cream. Transfer to prepared loaftin, cover with clingfilm and freeze for several hours or overnight. Remove from freezer 20 min before serving.
