Mascarpone parfait
Ingredients
- 1 unwaxed orange, finely grated zest
- 250 g mascarpone
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 50 g icing sugar
- 2 tbsp Grand Marnier, or Cointreau
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- 200 ml whipping cream, whipped
Method
- Line a loaftin with clingfilm, set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk mascarpone, yogurt, orange zest, icing sugar, Cointreau and cinnamon until well combined. Fold in whipped cream. Transfer into prepare loaftin, cover with clingfilm. Freeze for several hours or overnight. Remove from freezer about 20 minutes before serving.
