Melon smoothie
Ingredients
- 100 g Galia or Cantaloupe melon pieces, chilled
- 200 ml Greek yogurt (or kefir)
- small pinch of ground cinnamon
- small amount of vanilla essence
- pinch of salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients, blend to a smooth consistency, pass through fine-meshed sieve. Adjust thickness as preferred, serve chilled (or add some ice cubes before serving).
