Oatmilk – banana shake
A good breakfast candidate – liquid porridge (sort of).
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 5 dried dates, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tbsp almond paste
- 180 ml oatmilk
- 1 tbsp finely shredded fresh basil leaves
Method
- Place the banana slices in a freezer bag and freeze overnight. Next day, combine all ingredients, including the frozen banana slices, and blend to a smooth consistency. Pass through a fine-meshed sieve, adjust thickness as preferred and serve immediately.
