Pea and quark gratin

These little gratins taste good warm and cold.

Method

  1. Grease 6 ramekins with soft butter, set aside. Boil peas in salted water, strain well. Preheat oven to 170 °C. Mix well all other ingredients, season to taste, add peas. Divide mixture into ramekins (or oven-proof cups) and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
