Peach and yogurt
No cooking required, a delicious neither-sweet-nor-savoury way with peaches and yogurt.
Ingredients
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 2 ripe peaches (preferably white), stoned, peeled, chopped
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- large pinch of sea salt
Method
- Divide yogurt in two glasses, set aside.
- Combine peaches, honey and oil. Blend to a smooth puree. Layer on top of the yogurt, sprinkle with sea salt, serve immediately.
