Pear – pomegranate smoothie
Ingredients
1 large ripe pear, peeled, cored, chopped
handful of pomegranate seeds
250 ml milk
150 g Greek yogurt
Method
Combine all ingredients and blend mixture, pass through fine-meshed sieve. Serve chilled.
