Pineapple – mint smoothie
Ingredients
- large handful of pineapple chunks (fresh or tinned)
- 1 banana, peeld and chopped
- large handful of fesh mint leaves, shredded
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon (or lime) zest
- 200 ml water
- optional: ice cubes to serve
Method
- Combine all ingredients (except ice cubes) and blend to a smooth consistency, pass through a fine-meshed sieve. Adjust thickness as preferred. Serve chilled or with ice cubes.
