Pineapple - turmeric smoothie
Ingredients
- 250 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
- ½ fresh pineapple, prepared and chopped
- 1 small banana, peeled and chopped
- ½ small cucumber, peeled, de-seeded and chopped
- 1 tbsp ground turmeric
Method
- Blend all ingredients until smooth, pass through fine-meshed sieve, adjust thickness as wanted, serve immediately.
