Pink milk
Ingredients
- 400 ml milk
- 100 g cooked beetroot
- 1-2 tsp runny honey
- finely grated zest of an orange
- juice of ½ orange
Method
- Blend all ingredients until smooth, pass through fine-meshed sieve, adjust thickness as wanted, serve immediately.
Variations
Replace milk by almond milk and omit orange zest and juice, instead add a pinch of cinnamon.
