Plum sauce II
Another, gentle sweet & sour style, version of this non-creamy lubricant, in addition to being a good source of fibre from the prunes.
Ingredients
- 150 g dried, soft prunes, chopped
- 125 ml plum juice
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp runny honey
- salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients, blend to a smooth sauce, pass through a fine-meshed sieve. Refrigerate overnight, remove from fridge 30 minutes before serving.
