Plum smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 200 g ripe plums, stoned and chopped
- 250 g Greek yogurt
- 100 ml milk
Method
- Mix plums, sugar and cinnamon, blend to a smooth puree, pass through a fine-meshed sieve. Add yogurt and milk to the plum puree, mix well, serve chilled.
