Protein chocolate drink

Neither sweet nor savoury, but a tasty way to add protein and fibre to a liquid diet.

  1. In a saucepan gently heat (but do not boil) the almond milk, add chocolate and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat. Combine with beans, yogurt, ground almonds, cocoa powder and cinnamon. Blend to a smooth and creamy consistency, pass through a fine-meshed sieve. Adjust thickness as preferred by adding water as required, serve chilled (or add a few ice cubes and serve immediately).
