Purple smoothie
Ingredients
- 150 g black currants
- 200 g fennel, prepared and chopped
- 2 apples, sweet variety, peeled, cored and chopped
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 500 ml mineral water
Method
- Combine all ingredients, blend to a smooth consistency, pass through a fine-meshed sieve. Serve chilled.
Variations
Use blueberries instead of black currants.
