Squash-banana smoothie
Ingredients
- 350 g squash, cooked and cubed
- 1 small banana, peeled and chopped
- 150 ml buttermilk
- ca. 250 ml milk
- a pinch of ground cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg
- 1-2 tbsp runny honey
Method
- Blend squash, banana, buttermilk and spices to a smooth puree, pass through a sieve. Add milk to dilute to wanted thickness. Add honey to taste, mix well. Serve chilled.
