Tahini - coriander sauce
This sauce is full of flavour and is a great flavour-enhancer for many other dishes. If you feel it would work better for you if it was a little more gentle, just add some crème fraiche or thick double cream before serving.
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp Tahini
- splash of lemon juice
- 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley, leaves only
- 1 bunch coriander, leaves only
- pinch of salt
- a little water
Method
- Blend all ingredients to a smooth consistency, adjust thickness by adding a little water. Serve chilled.
