Tahini - mint sauce
A good side dish / sauce for many occasions, also nice as a snack on its own.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Tahini paste
- splash of lemon juice
- ½ ripe avocado, chopped
- ½ courgette, seeds removed, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- handful of fresh mint leaves
- handful of fresh basil leaves
- 2 Medjool dates (optional)
- a little water
Method
- Blend all ingredients to a smooth consistency, adjust thickness by adding a little water. Serve chilled.
