Tomato yogurt drink
Ingredients
- 300 g tomatoes, deseeded and skinned, chopped
- 250 ml Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, pureed
- 250 ml vegetable bouillon
- handful of basil leaves, chopped
- salt, white pepper to taste
Method
- Mix tomato pieces, yogurt, garlic, bouillon and basil leaves, puree mixture. Pass through a sieve, chill for about an hour before serving. Season to taste before serving.
