Tuna cream cheese
Ingredients
- 200 g tuna in oil, drained
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 200 g cream cheese
- handful of watercress, finely shredded
Method
- Blend tuna and shallot to a smooth puree. Add cream cheese, mix well. Add watercress, mix well (if ‘bits’ are a problem, either omit, or add to tuna and shallot before blending).
