Virgin colada
This is a virtuous = alcohol-free version of a pina colada – on a less virtuous day, you may feel tempted to add a little white rum to the mix… Either way, this is a low-effort, calorie-rich treat.
Ingredients
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 200 ml coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 200 ml pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice (optional)
- ice cubes
Method
- Combine yogurt, coconut milk, pineapple juice, honey and lime juice (if used) and blend well. Serve chilled with ice cubes added.
