White chocolate mould
Ingredients
- 600 ml whole milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 100 g white chocolate, chopped
Method
- In a saucepan whisk milk, egg and corn flour. Heat while stirring to just under boiling point. Remove pan from heat. Add chopped white chocolate and stir until chocolate melts. Strain into a bowl and cover surface with cling film (to prevent formation of skin), set aside to cool. Refrigerate until serving.
